How can I order?You can order through the online shop. You can also send us your order by e-mail if you prefer.
I’m not sure if I can import medicines into my country. What should I do in this case?
We are located in Cyprus and we are able to send medicines nearly all over the world. It is up to the customer to determine what are the rules and fees for importing of the medicines into his/her country.
When I have to pay for my order?
We require payment prior to shipping. We will ship your order after your payment arrives.
How can I pay?
Payment is accepted via Cryptocurrencies, Bank Transfer, Western Union or MoneyGram.
Where
are the products you offer shipped from?
All orders are sent from Cyprus and/or Armenia.
Where do you ship?
We ship nearly all over the world.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are normally
shipped with registered air mail which is operated by Cyprus Post and/or Armenia Post.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. We ship all items via registered air mail with tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with the corresponding tracking number. You can track your order with Universal Postal Union Global Track&Trace Service: Here. When your order arrive to your country, you can track it on your postal service web site with same tracking number (for most countries).
Can you ship my order via another companies such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc...instead of Cyprus Post and/or Armenia Post?
Yes we can. Before complete your checkout just contact with us if you prefer different shipping options instead of National Post.
How quickly can you process my order?
If you order in the e-shop, after we receive the payment we will process your order as soon as possible – within 1-4 business days.
If you send your order
by e-mail and the order is not completed correctly (missing details in delivery
address, etc…) the process would be slowed down. In such a case we would need
time for extra communication with you to find out missing details, which are
necessary for us to accept the order.
When will I receive my delivery?
We estimate 14 to 16 business days for delivery for most countries once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer. Please not that it may take up to 32 business days.
I want to place an order. How much are the shipping and handling charges for my parcel?
Price of shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and displayed on your order form once you have completed your checkout. Price depends on number of items and weight etc... This is why we can’t answer this question in advance.
May I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped.
What is your medicine return/refund policy?
You may return non-drug items such as equipments, bandages, syringes etc… if the package remains unopened. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. Customer has to pay return shipping.
Your refund will just include the product price. Shipping costs is not refunded.
We don't accept returns due to nature of medicines. No one can guarantee that the storage conditions are met during the order transportation. So we cannot accept them even if the package remains unopened.
However we offer free replacement if your order was damaged during transport, or if the incorrect item was shipped. In such a case, please inform us immediately after you receive the parcel. Sometimes we may ask you to return the damaged items or send us a photo.
